RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will happily accept refunds/exchanges for items mistakenly sold in a faulty condition e.g. missing pages, printing defects, manufacturers defects. A receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
SCHOOLS / INSTITUTIONS
All books supplied by DAYS Investments Limited T/A DAYS Bookstore are supplied on a firm sale basis. Any arrangement outside this policy must be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing with an authorized Manager.
Authorization to return must be obtained from the relevant DAYS Bookstore contact before books are dispatched. The reason for the return must be clearly stated. Include original invoice details and affix paperwork in an envelope on top of the box.
DAYS Bookstore may accept the return of books only if the Publisher agrees to the returns. In such cases, the institution will be required to pay transportation cost back to the publisher.
Pack returns adequately to avoid damage in transit.
Books must be in perfect condition for full credit (no school stamps or stickers).If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from DAYS Bookstore please fill in the discrepancy form provided for a full credit or exchange.
All claims for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Books must be in unused (re-saleable) condition. A $50.00 charge is payable on any cheque(s) returned by the bank.
We accept local personal and company cheques, debit cards, Mastercard, Visa and cash in local, U.S. and GBP currency. Schools/Government Agencies/Institutional customers may submit a local purchase order to facilitate payment. Identification must be presented when paying with personal cheques.
